Rental & Property Manager Registration
Whether you live in your home, rent it out, or use a property management company, the board asks every homeowner to keep this information on file.
Why the Board Asks for This
If a home is rented or professionally managed, the board needs a working way to reach whoever is actually responsible day-to-day for ACC matters, maintenance concerns, and general notices. This isn't about restricting rentals. It's about making sure the right person gets contacted when something comes up, and that mail or notices sent to a vacant house don't just pile up unread.
Who Should Fill This Out
You Live in Your Home
A quick confirmation with your own current contact info is all that's needed.
You Rent Your Home Out
Let the board know your current tenant's name and contact information, and your own, since notices still go to the owner of record.
An Outside Company Manages It
Share the management company's name and the best contact there, so day-to-day issues can go straight to them.
Register or Update Your Information
This takes a few minutes. Rented homes have a few extra questions about the tenant. If anything changes later, such as a new tenant or a new management company, just fill it out again with the updated details.
Your information is used by the board only, for association purposes. It isn't published on this site.
