Report a Suspected Violation
Notice something that doesn't look like it followed the ACC process, such as an unapproved fence, an addition, or a paint color? Submit it online below, or use one of the other methods further down the page.
Submit a Report Online
The fastest way to reach the board. Stick to what you observed, such as address, dates, and what it looks like, rather than guesses about why. The board and ACC review every report against the actual guidelines before taking any action.
You can leave the "your information" fields blank to report anonymously.
Other Ways to Report
Email the Board
Send details and, if possible, a photo to westwindhomeownersassoc@gmail.com.
Mail It In, Anonymously If You Prefer
Westwind Homeowners Association, Inc.

Call Montgomery County MC311
Dial 311 from within the county, or 240-777-0311 from anywhere, Mon–Fri 7am–7pm.
File Online with the County
Submit a request through Montgomery County's MC311 site.
What to Include
The property address (or as close as you can get), what you observed, and roughly when. A photo helps but isn't required. You don't need to sign your name. The online form, mailed reports, and county-filed reports can all be anonymous.
Not sure if something needs approval in the first place? Check the Fence & Gate Guidelines or the full ACC Guidelines before reporting.
Noise, fire pits, and pets are governed by Montgomery County rather than Westwind's ACC. See the Good Neighbor Guide for those.
This form is for reporting a neighboring property to the board. If your dispute is with the association itself, for example, the board not following its own procedures, that's handled separately by Montgomery County's Commission on Common Ownership Communities (CCOC), a formal county process with its own complaint form and filing fee.
